摘要
随着城镇化水平不断提升,城市轨道交通已成为优化城市布局、解决城市交通问题的有效方式,在市场竞争日益激烈的外部环境影响下,施工企业更加注重工程成本的管理。文章通过分析Z公司城市轨道交通工程成本管理存在的不足并论述全过程成本管理的内涵,提出数字建造背景下成本管理数智化转型的实现路径包括搭建成本数据库、建立标准化管控体系、BIM模型与成本信息同步集成、构建成本管理协同平台、培养新成本管理人才等五大部分,为轨道交通领域施工企业的数字化转型提供一定参考价值。
With the continuous improvement of urbanization level,urban rail transit has become an effective way to optimize urban layout and solve urban traffic problems.Under the influence of increasingly fierce market competition,construction enterprises pay more attention to the management of engineering costs.This paper analyzes the shortcomings of cost management in urban rail transit projects of Z Company and discusses the connotation of full-process cost management.It proposes that the realization of cost management digital transformation in the context of digital construction includes five parts:building a cost database,establishing a standardized control system,integrating BIM models and cost information synchronously,building a cost management collaborative platform,and cultivating new cost management talents.This provides certain reference value for the digital transformation of construction enterprises in the field of urban rail transit.
