摘要
木薯是我国南部地区的重要作物之一,具有淀粉含量、可食用纤维、微量元素含量高等特点。近年来,随着木薯种植面积与产量的持续增长,木薯副产物作为饲料开发也越来越受饲料生产企业与养殖户重视。本文综述了木薯副产物饲料化加工技术及其在动物生产上的应用,并对木薯副产物的用途及其对动物、环境和人类的益处进行分析,以期为我国木薯副产物饲料化利用提供一定参考。
Cassava is an important crop in the southern region of China,with high starch content,edible fiber,trace elements and other characteristics.In recent years,with the continuous growth of cassava planting area and production,the development of cassava by-products as feed has been more and more emphasized by feed producers and farmers.This paper reviewed the feed processing technology of cassava by-products and its application in animal production,and analyzed the uses of cassava by-products and their benefits to animals,the environment and human beings,with a view to providing certain references for the utilization of cassava by-products in feed in China.
