废旧钢轨制备钢基粉末材料的工艺研究

摘要 废旧钢轨作为一种体量较大的报废物资,目前没有很好的循环利用方式。使用废旧钢轨,结合当前先进的制造工艺,制备钢基粉末及硬质合金等高附加值产品,不仅可以有效地提高废旧物资的重复再利用水平,符合国家碳达峰、碳中和的战略举措,同时生产的高附加值产品可以产生良好的经济效益。利用废旧钢轨制造钢基粉末及硬质合金产品将成为一种行之有效的循环利用方式。 As a large volume of waste materials,scrap rails have not been reused in a good way.Combining with the current advanced manufacturing processes,the waste rails could be manufactured to high value-added products such as steel-based powder and cemented carbide,which can not only effectively improve the level of reuse of waste materials to meet the requirement of the national strategy of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,but also generate good economic benefits.It will become an effective way of waste rails recycling to manufacture steel-based powder and cemented carbide products.
