超大型油船改装成FPSO电力系统配置分析

摘要 文章基于已交付运行的超大型油船改装FPSO项目,通过分析改装FPSO的功能和工况,结合原船电力系统配置和电力负荷计算结果,介绍了一种既以保留原船电力系统配置为原则,又满足FPSO运行的电力系统配置方案。同时,以电力系统配置方案的发电系统、配电系统以及控制逻辑,从经济性、可靠性等角度展开分析,以期为超大型油船改装FPSO电力系统设计提供借鉴参考。 This paper is based on the conversion floating production storage and offloading(FPSO) project of the very large crude carrier(VLCC),which have already been delivered and operated.Through an analysis of the functions and operating conditions of the converted FPSO,combined with the original ship's power system configuration and power load calculation results,the paper introduced a power system configuration scheme that aims to retain the original ship's power system configuration as much as possible while meeting the operational requirements of the FPSO.Additionally,the paper analyzed the power generation system,power distribution system,and control logic within the power system configuration scheme from the perspectives of economy and reliability,aiming to provide a reference for the power system design of the VLCC converted into the FPSO.
