感应电压对断路器脱扣线圈的影响和解决方案

摘要 远洋船舶的船首设备多数距离集控室较远,造成电缆过长,由于长距离的控制电缆分布电容的作用会产生感应电压,进而影响设备控制回路。文章针对某型船在应急切断功能调试过程中,长距离电缆导线分布电容引起断路器脱扣线圈不能正常释放,从而导致设备误动作、拒动作的情况,通过分析电缆导线分布电容,提出解决方案,并成功应用于设备系统调试实践中。 For ocean-going vessels,most of the bow equipment is located far from the central control room,resulting in the use of excessively long cables.Long-distance control cables can generate induced voltages due to the effect of distributed capacitance,which in turn affects the equipment control circuit.This paper addressed the situation encountered during the emergency shutdown function testing of a certain type of vessel,where the distributed capacitance of long-distance cable conductors caused the circuit breaker trip coil to fail to release normally,leading to malfunction or failure to actuate the equipment.By analyzing the distributed capacitance of the cable conductors,the paper proposed solutions and successfully applied them in the practical debugging of the equipment system.
