摘要
随着智能科技的快速发展,智能系统、智能机器人的“类人智能”和自主性日益增强,其“劳动技能”不断提升,正在代替人类承担越来越多的劳动任务和劳动职责。这为人类劳动者的“劳动解放”,实现“自由劳动”,进而实现自由全面发展创造了前所未有的条件。但与此同时,这又可能会带来一定程度上的“结构性失业”,基本的劳动权可能会受到挑战。因此,要保障全体劳动者拥有平等的劳动机会和劳动权利,在普遍减少必要劳动时间的基础上增加自由时间,从而为全体人民的“劳动解放”“自由劳动”和自由全面发展创造条件。
With the rapid development of intelligent technology,the"human like intelligence"and autonomy of intelligent systems and robots are increasingly enhanced,and their"labor skills"are constantly improving,replacing humans to undertake more and more labor tasks and responsibilities.On the one hand,this has created unprecedented conditions for the"labor liberation",realization of"free labor",and comprehensive development of human workers.On the other hand,it has caused serious"structural unemployment",posing a huge challenge to their basic labor rights.Therefore,we must ensure equal labor opportunities and rights for all laborers,increase free time on the basis of universally reducing necessary labor time,and create conditions for the"labor liberation","free labor",and comprehensive development of all people.
