摘要
随着新能源汽车产业的迅速发展,换电作为提高商用车运营效率的重要技术支撑,受到了广泛关注。本文系统梳理了国内外电动商用车换电标准体系的现状,重点围绕安全性、互换性和使用性三方面展开分析。在安全性方面,分析了车辆、换电电池系统和换电设施应满足的安全要求,以确保换电过程安全可靠。在互换性方面,分析了换电系统在硬件连接和软件通信方面应满足的互换性要求。在使用性方面,分析了换电电池系统、换电接口和换电机构的标准化需求,以提高换电系统的工作效率和便捷性。最后,本文总结了换电标准体系对产业发展的重要作用,并对未来标准化工作提出了建议。
With the rapid development of the new energy vehicle industry,battery swapping,as an important technical support to im-prove the operational efficiency of commercial vehicles,has received widespread attention.This article systematically reviews the current status of the standard system for electric commercial vehicle battery swapping both domestically and internationally,with a focus on analyz-ing safety,interchangeability,and usability.In terms of safety,the safety requirements that vehicles,battery swapping systems,and swap-ping facilities should meet were analyzed to ensure the safety and reliability of the swapping process.In terms of interchangeability,the re-quirements that the battery swapping system should meet in terms of hardware connections and software communication were analyzed.In terms of usability,the standardization requirements for battery swapping systems,swapping interfaces,and swapping mechanisms were ana-lyzed to improve the efficiency and convenience of the swapping system.Finally,this article summarizes the important role of the battery swapping standard system in industrial development and provides suggestions for future standardization work.
