摘要
为解决煤矿采煤工作面设备远程控制问题,采用天津华宁KTC102工作面控制系统,实现对运输皮带机、通讯等设备的一体化控制。该系统覆盖采煤工作面、顺槽及固定设备胶带机的控制,沿线配备急停开关、通话功能、故障监测与报警等功能。设备现场接入视频监控系统,结合集控设备实现远程监控与操作,并预留远程通讯接口,支持与计算机远程通讯,实现信息共享。
In order to solve the problem of remote control of coal mining working face equipment,Tianjin Huaning KTC102 working face control system is adopted to realize the integrated control of transportation belt machine,communication and other equipment.The system covers the control of coal mining face,down channel and fixed equipment belt machine,equipped with emergency stop switch,call function,fault monitoring and alarm function along the line.The equipment site is connected to the video monitoring system,combined with the centralized control equipment to realize remote monitoring and operation,and reserved remote communication interface to support remote communication with computers to realize information sharing.
