摘要
利用SolidWorks软件对截止阀模型进行流体介质模拟仿真,通过设置不同的阀芯位置,得到了流体流动轨迹、速度、静压等物理量,并绘制出截止阀模型流量特性曲线,为截止阀的优化设计和结构校核提供了理论依据。
SolidWorks software is used to simulate the medium fluid of the stop valve.By setting different spool positions,the fluid trajectory,speed,pressure and other physical quantities are finally obtained,and the flow characteristic curve is drawn,which provides a theoretical basis for the design and structural check of the stop valve.
