摘要 乳腺癌在女性恶性肿瘤发病率中居首位,是导致女性癌症死亡的主要原因。判断癌症预后是否良好的关键在于早期诊断和及时治疗。随着计算机技术的不断发展、医学数据的积累和新型高效算法的研究与开发,人工智能(AI)技术在医学领域取得了长足的进步,因此医学科学的智能化已成为必然趋势。AI技术与乳腺癌的超声诊断相结合,不仅可以帮助超声医师在更短的时间内进行影像学诊断,还可以弥补超声诊断初学者由于缺乏经验和技能欠缺而造成误诊漏诊的不足。目前,AI在乳腺癌症超声成像中的应用越来越受到关注,并得到了业内人士的认可,且AI已经积累了许多研究成果。本文首先对AI进行了概述,然后从多个角度分析和总结了AI技术在乳腺癌超声诊断中的发展和应用现状,以期为AI在乳腺癌超声诊断中的应用提供指导。 Breast cancer ranks first in the incidence rate of female malignant tumors,and it is the main cause of female cancer death.The key to determining whether the prognosis of cancer is good lies in early diagnosis and timely treatment.With the continuous development of computer technology,the accumulation of medical data,and the research and development of new and efficient algorithms,artificial intelligence(AI)technology has made significant progress in the field of medicine.Therefore,the intelligentization of medical science has become an inevitable trend.The combination of AI technology and ultrasound diagnosis of breast cancer can not only help ultrasound doctors to make imaging diagnosis in a shorter time,but also make up for the lack of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis caused by the lack of experience and skills of beginners in ultrasound diagnosis.At present,the application of AI in breast cancer ultrasound imaging has attracted more and more attention,and has been recognized by the industry,and AI has accumulated many research achievements.In this paper,AI is firstly summarized,then the development and application status of AI technology in ultrasound diagnosis of breast cancer are analyzed and summarized from multiple perspectives,in order to provide guidance for the application of AI in ultrasound diagnosis of breast cancer.
