摘要 To the Editor:Perihilar cholangiocarcinoma(PHCCA)is the most well-known biliary malignancy, representing around 60%of all bile duct cancers[1].As of now, radical resection is the only possible means to cure PHCCA patients. The median survival time of patients undergoing radical resection can exceed 40 months, and the overall survival rate at 5 years after surgery is 25%to 67%,while the median survival time of patients who cannot be resected is only 10 to 12 month[2].
