摘要
在质量目标的管理过程中,目标构成的复杂性可能导致多种问题,目前在实践中很难合理制定质量目标指标且缺少质量目标综合评估方法。基于此,采用层次分析法和灰色系统理论,使用少量历史数据测算质量目标指标,并从“产品指标”“过程指标”“满意度指标”下设9个维度测算,计算出各组织质量目标在评价指标体系下的综合测度(综合评价指数),以此精准评价组织的质量目标完成情况,按照指标优先级推送到各单位开展专项质量提升。
During the management of quality target,many kinds of problems may be resulted due to the complexity of target composition,at present,it is difficult to set up quality target index appropriately and combined evaluation method on quality target somehow is less.Therefore,analytic hierarchy process and grey system theory are adopted to calculate quality target index with reference to a few historical data.Based on nine calculation dimensions under"product index","process index"and"satisfaction index",combined measurement(combined evaluation index)of each organization quality target in evaluation index system can be calculated.So completion status of organization quality target can be accuratedly evaluted and sent to every unit for special quality improvement as per the index priority.
