摘要
体外膜肺氧合(ECMO)作为循环与呼吸支持的重要治疗技术,目前被广泛用于急危重症患者的救治中,而护士在ECMO患者上机及运转管理过程中发挥着重要作用。本文全面梳理ECMO护理专科实践现状,分析现有问题与挑战,并探讨未来ECMO护理专科实践的发展趋势,为促进ECMO护理专科实践的规范化发展提供参考。
Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO),as an important treatment technology for circulatory and respiratory support,is widely used in the treatment of critically ill patients.Nurses play a vital role in the management of ECMO patients during the initiation and operation processes.This article comprehensively reviews the current status of ECMO nursing specialty practice,analyzes existing problems and challenges,and explores the future development trends of ECMO nursing specialty practice.The aim is to provide reference for promoting the standardized development of ECMO nursing specialty practice.
