摘要
大学生社交焦虑的问题引发了社会和学界的关注,而大学生群体的社交焦虑随年代的变化趋势尚不明朗,且大学生社交焦虑的变化是否存在人口学差异也一直未达成共识。因此,为深刻把握大学生社交焦虑的动态变化、明确其人口学差异,本研究采用横断历史meta分析的方法,对2000年至2020年间中国大学生社交焦虑的相关文献进行横断历史元分析。结果显示,近20年来,中国大学生社交焦虑逐步上升,且存在人口学差异,女生高于男生。此外,普通本科在校人数、移动互联网使用人数和社交软件用户数的上升与大学生社交焦虑的上升密切相关。研究发现强调了大学生社交焦虑的上升趋势受多方因素的影响,呼吁在应对大学生社交焦虑问题时应强化政策的针对性和全面性。
The problem of social anxiety of college students has aroused the attention of social and academic circles,while the changing trend of social anxiety of college students with the age is not clear,and there has been no consensus on whether there are demographic differences in the change of social anxiety of college students.Therefore,in order to deeply grasp the dynamic changes of social anxiety among college students and clarify their demographic differences,this study used the cross-sectional historical meta-analysis to conduct a cross-sectional historical meta-analysis of the related literature of social anxiety among Chinese college students between 2000 and 2020.The results show that in the past 20 years,the social anxiety of Chinese college students has gradually increased,and there are demographic differences,with girls higher than boys.In addition,the increase in the number of ordinary undergraduates,the number of mobile Internet users and the number of social software users is closely related to the increase in the social anxiety of college students.The study emphasizes that the rising trend of college students'social anxiety is influenced by many factors,and calls for strengthening the pertinence and comprehensiveness of policies when dealing with the social anxiety of college students.
