摘要
为解决因接触而产生的磨损、污染或干扰问题,及时发现温度异常情况,设计船舶柴油机主轴承温度监测系统。以高频射频识别技术为核心,设计HF RFID温度传感器,实时采集船舶柴油机各档主轴承的温度信息;采用径向基函数神经网络补偿温度传感器的误差,利用机舱本地阅读器启动与接收HF RFID温度传感器采集的主轴承温度信息;通过机舱本地无线传感网络模块传输温度信息至机舱本地PLC控制模块;PLC控制模块依据接收的温度信息,保护与控制船舶柴油机主轴承温度,及时发现温度异常情况;利用机舱本地显示模块实时呈现主轴承温度监测结果。结果证明:该系统可有效采集主轴承温度信息,并补偿温度传感器的误差,有效监测船舶柴油机主轴承温度,及时发现温度异常情况。
In order to solve the problem of wear,pollution or interference caused by contact,and find out the abnormal temperature in time,a temperature monitoring system for the main bearing of marine diesel engine is designed.Based on high frequency radio frequency identification technology,HF RFID temperature sensor is designed to collect the temperature information of main bearings of marine diesel engine in real time.The radial basis function neural network is used to compensate the error of the temperature sensor,and the local reader in the engine room is used to start and receive the main bearing temperature information collected by the HF RFID temperature sensor.Transmitting temperature information to the local PLC control module of the engine room through the local wireless sensor network module of the engine room;The PLC control module protects and controls the temperature of the main bearing of the marine diesel engine according to the received temperature information,and finds out the abnormal temperature in time;Real-time display of main bearing temperature monitoring results by using engine room local display module.The experimental results show that the system can effectively collect the temperature information of the main bearing,compensate the error of the temperature sensor,effectively monitor the temperature of the main bearing of the marine diesel engine and find the abnormal temperature in time.
