摘要
回顾近年文献,梳理慢性心力衰竭合并焦虑抑郁的联系机制、现代医学主要治疗手段及其局限性。探讨中医药对慢性心力衰竭合并焦虑抑郁的病因病机认识,总结其临床常见证型、治法方药及中医特色疗法等,以期为临床实践提供借鉴。
This article reviews recent literature to outline the pathogenesis of chronic heart failure combined with anxiety and depression,as well as the main treatment modalities in modern medicine and their limitations.It also explores the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic heart failure with anxiety and depression from the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)perspective,summarizes common syndrome types,treatment methods,herbal prescriptions,and distinctive TCM therapies,with the aim of providing references for clinical practice.
