摘要
针对某焦化厂智能制样系统与人工制样所测得的黏结指数存在较大偏差等问题,通过探究干燥条件对测定不同煤种黏结指数的影响,将智能制样系统的干燥条件优化为75℃/60 min。优化后提高了系统的制样效率,有效降低了化验误差,同时改善了智能制样系统对不同制样量的单种煤和配合煤的适应性,为煤炭智能制样设备在焦化行业的应用提供了参考。
In view of the large deviation between the value of the caking index obtained by the intelligent sample preparation system and the manual sample preparation in a coking plant,the drying condition of the intelligent sample preparation system was optimized to 75℃/60 min by exploring the effect of drying conditions on determination of the caking index of different coal species.The optimization improved the sample preparation efficiency of the system,effectively reduced the determination error,and improved the adaptability of the intelligent sample preparation system to single coal and mixed coal with different sample preparation quantities,which provides a reference for the application of intelligent coal sample preparation equipment in the coking industry.
