摘要
东北地区曾因产业布局先行而兴盛,但也因产业转型发展滞后而面临挑战。新时代东北振兴的关键在于找准产业转型升级方向,着力构建具有东北特色优势的现代化产业体系。东北地区应以发展现代化大农业为重点,夯实第一产业基础保障;以传统制造业智能化改造为重点方向,助力第二产业提质增效;以发展冰雪经济、生产性服务业为重点方向,培育第三产业发展新动能;以打造机器人、新能源产业集群为重点方向,增强战略性新兴产业区域竞争力。
The Northeast region once prospered due to its leading industrial layout,but also faced challeng-es due to its lagging industrial transformation and development.The key to revitalizing Northeast China in the new era lies in identifying the direction of industrial transformation and upgrading,and focusing on building a modern industrial system with distinctive advantages of Northeast China.The Northeast region should focus on developing modern agriculture and strengthen the foundation guarantee of the primary in-dustry;Focusing on the intelligent transformation of traditional manufacturing industry,we will assist in improving the quality and efficiency of the secondary industry;Focusing on developing the ice and snow economy and productive service industry,cultivating new driving forces for the development of the tertia-ry industry;Focusing on building clusters of robotics and new energy industries,enhancing the regional competitiveness of strategic emerging industries.
