摘要
本文针对城市建筑高空坠物、道路塌陷异常事件频发的问题,在当前城市更新、生命线工程建设深入实施的背景下,通过调研分析两类异常事件隐患及事件分布特征,完成事件致因溯源及机理识别;在此基础上,探索建立城市高空坠物安全指数、道路塌陷事故易发性评估方法,从多维度、多指标综合衡量建筑高坠、道路塌陷风险水平,通过在上海地区若干实际案例的试用实现了模型验证与修正,未来预期为量大面广的城市建筑高坠及道路塌陷隐患的数字化预检、周期性筛查、区域监管提供必要的技术支撑。
In response to the frequent occurrence of abnormal events such as falling objects from high-rise buildings and road collapses,and in the context of the in-depth implementation of current urban renewal and lifeline project engineering,this paper conducts investigation and analysis on the hidden dangers and distribution characteristics of two types of abnormal events,and completes the source tracing of event causes and mechanism identification.On this basis,this paper explores to establish the safety index for falling objects from high-rise buildings and the susceptibility assessment method for road collapse accidents,which comprehensively measure the risk level of building high-altitude falls and road collapse from multiple dimensions and indicators.Through the trial of several practical cases in Shanghai,the model verification and correction are realized.In the future,the above methods are expected to provide necessary technical supports for the digital pre-inspection,periodic screening,and regional supervision of large-scale and widespread hidden dangers of building high-altitude falling and road collapses in cities.
