基于云原生技术的铁路变形监测智能系统研究 被引量:1

Research on Intelligent System for Railway Deformation Monitoring Based on Cloud Native Technology

摘要 为了解决当前铁路监测中存在的监测方法落后、信息不全、效率低下、结果展示不直观、预警系统不灵敏及应急响应机制不完善等问题,采用全方位、多维度、自动化的立体监测方法,并结合地理信息系统(GIS)、物联网(IoT)、建筑信息模型(BIM)、云平台和人工智能(AI)等技术,设计开发铁路变形监测智能管理平台。研究表明,利用物联网技术可实现多源监测数据实时采集;通过云平台实现数据存储和管理,可确保数据的完整性和安全性;整合地理信息系统、建筑信息模型与人工智能技术,通过对多源监测数据进行分析和模式识别,可实现对铁路变形的信息管理、自动分析和智能预警,从而精确捕捉监测点的位置和变形情况。将该平台应用于济南地铁6号线下穿济南动车所变形监测项目,不仅显著提高监测数据的准确性和实时性,还增强监测系统的综合分析和预警能力。 In order to solve the problems including outdated monitoring methods,incomplete information,low efficiency,lack of intuitive results display,insensitivity of early warning systems,and incomplete emergency response mechanisms in current railway monitoring,a comprehensive multi-dimensional automated threedimensional monitoring method was adopted,combined with technologies such as geographic information systems(GIS),Internet of Things(IoT),building information models(BIM),cloud platforms,and artificial intelligence(AI),to design and develop an intelligent management platform for railway deformation monitoring.IoT technology was adopted to achieve real-time collection of multi-source monitoring data,and stored and managed data through cloud platforms to ensure data integrity and security.By integrating geographic information systems,building information models,and artificial intelligence technology,information management,automatic analysis,and intelligent warning of railway deformation were achieved through the analysis and pattern recognition of multi-source monitoring data,thereby accurately capturing the position and deformation situation of monitoring points.The quantitative research results show that applying the platform to the deformation monitoring project of Ji'nan Metro Line 6 passing through Ji'nan EMU not only significantly improves the accuracy and real-time performance of monitoring data,and enhances the comprehensive analysis and early warning capabilities of the monitoring system.The development of this platform not only greatly improves the efficiency and level of railway safety management,and provides a powerful example and reference for the future development of railway monitoring technology.
