摘要
随着电网的持续发展,人们对输配电线路的维护提出了更高要求。为此,设计了一种可在带电作业环境下使用的耐张绝缘子更换专用工具,集成了绝缘防护系统、自动化更换机械臂、远程控制与监控系统等模块。实验结果表明,该工具在不同环境温度下均表现出良好的适应性和可靠性,显著提高了作业效率和安全性。
With the continuous development of the power grid,people have put forward higher requirements for the maintenance of transmission and distribution lines.Therefore,this paper presents a specialized tool for replacing tension insulators that can be used in live working environments.It integrates modules such as insulation protection system,automated replacement robotic arm,remote control and monitoring system.The experimental results show that the tool exhibits good adaptability and reliability at different environmental temperatures,significantly improving work efficiency and safety.
