摘要
目的 探讨PDCA循环管理模式在中药房工作人员管理实践中的实施效果。方法 选取2022年1月-2023年2月莱芜区羊里街道社区卫生服务中心中药房工作的20名工作人员作为常规组,接受常规管理;选取2023年3月-2024年4月同一批工作人员作为探究组,实施PDCA循环管理模式。比较两组管理效果。结果 探究组的工作质量和心理健康水平高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。探究组的工作满意度为100.00%(20/20),高于常规组的70.00%(14/20),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.902,P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环管理模式在工作人员工作管理实践中能够有效提升工作质量、改善心理健康水平并提高工作满意度。
Objective To explore the impact of PDCA cycle management model in the management practice of Chi-nese herbal pharmacy staff.Methods Twenty staff members working in the Chinese Medicine Pharmacy in Yangli Street Community Health Service Center,Laiwu District,from January 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the conventional group to receive routine management;the same group of staff from March 2023 to April 2024 was selected as the exploration group to implement the PDCA cycle management mode.Compare the management effects of the two groups.Results The quality of work and the psychological health level in the exploratory group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The job satisfaction of the exploratory group was 100.00%(20/20),higher than 70.00%(14/20)of the conventional group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.667,P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle management model can effectively im-prove work quality,mental health and job satisfaction in staff work management practice.
