摘要
目的 分析眼科门诊突发意外事件的防范与管理措施,探讨急救技能管理及应急管理体系的构建在应对突发事件的效果。方法 选取2023年6月-2024年6月汕头大学·香港中文大学联合汕头国际眼科中心的护理人员30名为研究对象。2023年6-12月实施常规管理,设为对照组;2024年1-6月实施急救技能管理并构建应急管理体系,设为观察组。比较两组护理人员工作质量评分、应急能力评分及护理人员对管理的满意度。结果 实施急救技能管理并构建应急管理体系后,观察组护理人员工作质量评分和应急能力评分均高于对照组,且护理人员对管理的满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 构建突发事件应急管理体系,加强急救技能管理,可有效提高其应对突发事件的能力,保障患者安全。
Objective To analyze the preventive and management measures for sudden accidental events in the oph-thalmology outpatient department,and to explore the effect of the construction of emergency skill management and emergency management system in responding to sudden events.Methods Thirty nursing staff from the Shantou Inter-national Ophthalmology Center jointly operated by Shantou University and The Chinese University of Hong Kong from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects.Implement routine management from June to December 2023 as the control group.From January to June 2024,implement emergency skills management and establish an emergency management system for the observation group.Compared the work quality score,emergency capability score,and nursing staff satisfaction with management between two groups of nursing staff.Results After implementing emergency skills management and establishing an emergency management system,the work quality score and emergency capability score of the observation group nursing staff were higher than those of the control group,and the satis-faction of nursing staff with management was higher than that of the control group,the difference were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Constructing an emergency management system for sudden events and strengthening emergency skill management can effectively improve the ability to respond to sudden events and ensure the safety of patients.
