摘要
如今县级融媒体中心已经深度嵌入国家治理现代化体系,而当前研究显然忽视了对县级融媒体中心基层社会治理效能的评价。基于媒介化治理的理论视野,通过三级编码方法构建出内容治理、平台治理、协同治理“三位一体”的县级融媒体中心治理效能评价指标,以及10个二级指标和21个三级指标进行权重分配,可以系统检验县级融媒体中心参与基层治理的势能与效能,为县级融媒体中心参与基层治理实践提供有益借鉴。
Nowadays,county-level integrated media centers have been deeply embedded in the modernization system of national governance,but current research clearly neglects the evaluation of the grassroots social governance effectiveness of county-level integrated media centers.Based on the theoretical perspective of media governance,this article constructs a three-in-one evaluation index for the governance effectiveness of county-level integrated media centers,including content governance,platform governance and collaborative governance,using a three-level coding method.The weight allocation of 10 secondary indicators and 21 tertiary indicators is used to systematically test the potential and effectiveness of county-level integrated media centers’participation in grassroots governance,providing useful reference for the practice of county-level integrated media centers’participation in grassroots governance.
