摘要
为探索陶瓷膜过滤对伏特加基酒脱苦的可行性,将伏特加基酒分别经10 nm、20 nm、50 nm和100 nm陶瓷膜在直流或切向流过滤模式下过滤,对膜的滤出液采样进行品评,同时记录并计算过滤通量、压力、温度等参数,进行实用性评估。结果表明,经20 nm陶瓷膜以直流模式过滤后,滤液澄清透明,脱苦效果明显,是解决常规工艺伏特加基酒脱苦的有效方法之一。
The feasibility of debittering of vodka base liquor by ceramic membrane was discussed.The vodka base liquor was filtered by ceramic membrane with pore sizes of 10 nm,20 nm,50 nm and 100 nm,under direct flow or tangential flow mode,respectively.The filtration flux,pressure,temperature and other parameters were recorded and calculated.Samples of the permeate were tasted by experts.Results reveal that the vodka base liquor filtered by 20 nm ceramic membrane under direct flow mode was clear and transparent,and the debittering effect was prominent.This method is an effective solution for debittering of vodka base liquor.
