摘要
基于“油粒子”模型,识别油气泄漏事故风险,以辽东湾某油田海底输油管道溢油为例,设定“油粒子”模型参数,预测不同风速条件下,大潮期涨/落潮时原油泄漏油膜漂移轨迹,分析和预报最不利风向条件下,溢油到达环境敏感目标的最短时间;并根据预测的污染范围、油膜抵达环境敏感目标的最短时间,提出溢油防范、溢油应急响应等处理措施。为制定海上溢油应急处置计划,有效降低油膜扩散对水质、生物、生态系统等海洋生态环境的影响提供理论依据。
Based on the oil particle model,the risk of oil and gas leakage accident is identified.Taking the underwater oil pipeline overflow in a certain oilfield in Liaodong Bay as an example,the oil particle model parameters are selected to predict the oil film drift trajectory of crude oil leakage under different wind speed conditions of rising/falling tide,and the shortest time for oil spill to reach the environmentally sensitive target under the most unfavorable wind direction is analyzed and predicted.According to the predicted pollution range and the shortest time for the oil film to reach the environmentally sensitive target,the treatment measures of oil spill prevention and oil spill emergency response are proposed.It provides a theoretical basis for formulating an emergency response plan for offshore oil spill and effectively reducing the impact of oil film diffusion on marine ecological environment such as water quality,organisms and ecosystems.
