摘要
当今世界百年未有之大变局不断加速演进,世界各国为适应世界变化之浪潮,争相推进政治、经济、文化等各方面的改革与创新。中医药文化作为我国优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,推进中医药文化守正创新以及走出国门,为增强我国文化软实力提供了重要支撑。但是,面对当前复杂的国际国内环境,中医药文化的国际传播面临着诸多挑战与不确定因素。全球文明倡议的提出,为解决中医药文化国际传播难的问题提供了解决方案,指明了前进方向。本研究从中医药文化国际传播的现状入手,论述了目前我国传播中医药文化的主要举措以及传播中取得的成果,再分析国际传播中的问题及原因所在,最后再根据全球文明倡议中所倡导的尊重世界文明的多样性、弘扬全人类共同价值、重视文明传承和创新以及加强国际人文交流合作四点提出中医药文化国际传播相应的建议和对策。
Nowadays the world is undergoing profound changes unseen in a century,and countries around the world are scrambling to promote political,economic and cultural reform and innovation in order to adapt to the tide of global change.Traditional Chinese Medicine culture,as an important part of China's excellent traditional culture,promotes its innovation and go abroad,which provides an important support for enhancing the soft power of Chinese culture.However,faced with the current complex international and domestic environment,the international dissemination of TCM culture is faced with many challenges and uncertainties.The proposal of the Global Civilization Initiative has provided a solution to the problem of the international spread of TCM culture and pointed out the way forward.This research first discusses the current situation of the international communication of TCM culture,including the main measures and the achievements achieved in the international communication of TCM culture,and then analyzes theproblems and reasons in the international communication.Finally,according to the four points advocated in the Global Civilization Initiative,namely respecting the diversity of world civilizations,promoting the common values of mankind,attaching importance to the inheritance and innovation of civilizations,and strengthening international cultural exchanges and cooperation,the author puts forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures for the international dissemination of TCM culture.
