摘要
目的 分析妊娠中期孕妇心电图特征,旨在提高孕妇和胎儿的健康与安全保障。方法 采用十二导联同步心电图机对1996例妊娠中期孕妇进行心电图检查,并按年龄分组,观察其心电图特征,并分析932例不同年龄组心电图异常的孕妇各种心电图异常类型发生率的差异。结果 对1996例孕产妇中出现心电图异常的孕妇932例(46.69%),且年龄≥35岁是影响妊娠中期孕妇心电图异常的危险因素。按年龄组对心电图异常的932例孕妇进行分析,ST段改变、窦性心律不齐、ST-T改变的发生率的组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 妊娠中期孕妇表现心电图异常的概率高,且与年龄密切相关。因此,为有效保障孕中期孕妇的母婴健康和安全,应加强心电图监测,并对异常情况进行及时干预和治疗。
Objective To analyze the electrocardiogram characteristics of pregnant women in mid pregnancy,with the aim of improving the health and safety of pregnant women and fetuses.Methods The 12 lead synchronous electrocardiogram machine was used to perform electrocardiogram examinations on 1996 pregnant women in mid pregnancy,and their electrocardiogram characteristics were observed by age group.The differences in the incidence of various types of electrocardiogram abnormalities among 932 pregnant women with abnormal electrocardiograms in different age groups were analyzed.Result Among 1996 pregnant women,932(46.69%)had abnormal electrocardiograms,and age≥35 years was a risk factor for abnormal electrocardiograms in mid pregnancy.An analysis was conducted on 932 pregnant women with abnormal electrocardiograms by age group,and the incidence of ST segment changes,sinus arrhythmia,and ST-T changes showed statistically significant differences between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Pregnant women in mid pregnancy have a high probability of exhibiting abnormal electrocardiograms,which are closely related to age.Therefore,in order to effectively ensure the health and safety of pregnant women in mid pregnancy,electrocardiogram monitoring should be strengthened,and timely intervention and treatment should be carried out for abnormal situations.
