微生物快速检测技术在铁路系统中的应用与展望

摘要 随着我国高速铁路运输网络的快速发展,铁路用水量迅速增长,铁路用水安全性的要求同样有增无已。传统水质检测方法虽然具有可靠性,但因其耗时长、设备要求高,难以满足铁路系统对快速、高效监测的需求。本文简要介绍了现我国铁路常见的用水类型以及水中微生物快速检测技术,包括PCR技术、免疫分析和基因芯片等,同时分析了这些技术在铁路应用场景及其优势。 With the rapid expansion of China's high-speed rail transport network,the demand for railway water usage has surged,and so has the requirement for the safety of railway water.Traditional water quality testing methods,while reliable,are time-consuming and require sophisticated equipment,which cannot meet the railway system's need for quick and efficient monitoring.This paper provides a brief overview of the common types of water used in China's railways and the rapid detection technologies for waterborne microorganisms,including PCR technology,immunoassay,and gene chips.It also analyzes the application of these technologies in railway scenarios and their advantages.
