摘要
随着我国城市化的加速,房地产行业蓬勃发展,房建工程的规模不断攀升。在追求建筑质量的同时,建筑行业也面临着资源消耗大等诸多挑战。传统的房建施工技术在应对这些问题时逐渐显现出局限性,难以满足现代建筑行业可持续发展的需求。装配式建筑作为一种新兴的建筑方式,以其高效、环保等显著优势,逐渐成为建筑行业发展的新趋势。
With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the real estate industry is flourishing,and the scale of construction projects is constantly increasing.While pursuing building quality,the construction industry also faces many challenges such as high resource consumption.Traditional construction technology have gradually shown limitations in addressing these issues,making it difficult to meet the sustainable development needs of the modern construction industry.Prefabricated construction,as an emerging construction method,has gradually become a new trend in the development of the construction industry due to its significant advantages such as high efficiency and environmental protection.
