摘要
文章通过对美国、德国、英国、澳大利亚、日本、芬兰、韩国等主要发达国家开展高中STEM教育的经验进行考察,从政府、学校和社会三个层面出发,总结出各国培养科技人才的若干特点,如提供系统性政策支持,采取更为全面的培养举措,提供系统性校外支持等。在此基础上,提出了对我国高中科技人才培养的启示,包括加强顶层设计,提供政策与经济支持,优化办学理念,创新人才培养举措,强化组织协作,动员社会力量参与等。
This study examines the experiences of major developed countries,including the United States,Germany,the United Kingdom,Australia,Japan,Finland,and South Korea,in carrying out high school STEM education.From the perspectives of government,school,and society,the study identifies key characteristics of these countries’approaches to cultivating scientific and technological talents,such as providing systematic policy support,adopting more comprehensive training initiatives,and offering structured off-campus support.Based on these findings,the paper proposes several insights for enhancing China’s high school STEM talent cultivation,including strengthening top-level design with policy and economic support;optimizing educational philosophies and innovating talent cultivation methods;reinforcing organizational collaboration,and mobilizing social resources to participate in the process.
