摘要
通过系统阐述广西铝冶炼行业产业布局、产量情况以及大气污染物排放和治理现状,剖析出广西铝冶炼行业在大气污染防治方面主要存在电解铝废气脱硫处理手段少、氧化铝焙烧炉废气脱硝设施普及率低、氧化铝燃煤锅炉烟气除尘效果不理想、铝冶炼企业清洁能源使用比例偏低和能耗水平有待提升等问题。本文结合当前环保要求和行业大气污染治理技术发展现状,提出推动广西铝冶炼行业绿色转型和高质量发展的对策与建议。
This paper systematically elaborates on the current status of industrial layout,production,air pollutant emissions and control in the aluminum smelting industry in Guangxi.It analyzes the main problems of air pollution prevention and control in the aluminum smelting industry in Guangxi,including the lack of desulfurization treatment methods for electrolytic aluminum waste gas,low popularity rate of denitrification facilities for alumina baking furnace waste gas,unsatisfactory dust removal effect of alumina coal-fired boiler flue gas,low proportion of clean energy and the need to improve energy consumption level in aluminum smelting enterprises.Combined with current environmental protection requirements and the development status of air pollution control technology,this paper proposes strategies and suggestions to promote the green transformation and high-quality development of the aluminum smelting industry in Guangxi.
