摘要
功能农业是我国继高产农业、绿色农业之后的第三个农业发展阶段,开启了从“吃得饱”“吃得安全”向“吃得健康”迈进的新征程,是面向未来农业新质生产力的代表性方向之一.为了更好地实现功能农业科技“创新链”布局发展,香山科学会议第752次学术研讨会——“我国功能农业科技‘创新链’布局设计”深入研讨了功能农业精准化、智慧化、功能化和循环化等关键科学问题和共性技术,加强了“创新链”顶层设计.本文阐述了功能农业科技“创新链”的关键环节及其研究进展:(ⅰ)功能农业方向的健康地质调查新技术应用;(ⅱ)功能性种质资源创新;(ⅲ)功能农业投入品创制,重点研究了用于定量调控土壤有益矿物质含量、有效性的功能肥料以及功能饲料;(ⅳ)功能农业定向栽培技术;(ⅴ)功能农业种养一体化技术;(ⅵ)功能食品加工技术;(ⅶ)功能农产品营养健康评价.目前,我国功能农业已经实现了从“0”到“1”的突破,同时,功能农业在学科体系与科技创新体系上仍存在诸多待解之题,整体上科技创新链条的“断链”现象较普遍,尚缺乏国家层面的科技平台,研究方法体系亟待构建完善,标准研究与制定工作也未能满足产业发展.为此,建议从搭建国家平台、安排重大专项、建设标准体系、形成产业示范、培养科技人才等多个方面,进一步加强功能农业科技创新发展.
In China,functional agriculture is the third agricultural stage after high-yield and green agriculture.Functional agriculture starts from“eating well”and“eating safely”to“eating healthily,”and it is one of the representative future directions of new agricultural productivity.To better realize the“innovation chain”layout of functional agricultural science and technology,the 752nd Academic Seminar of Xiangshan Science Conference,“Innovation Chain Layout Design of Functional Agricultural Science and Technology in China,”extensively discussed key scientific issues and common technologies,such as precision,intelligence,and functionalization and recycling of functional agriculture and strengthening of the top-level design of“innovation chain.”This review expounds on the following key factors and research progress in the“innovation chain”of functional agriculture science and technology:(i)the application of new technology in health geological survey toward functional agriculture;(ii)innovation of functional germplasm resources;(iii)creation of functional agricultural inputs focuses on functional fertilizers and feeds used to quantitatively control the effectiveness of beneficial soil mineral content;(iv)directional cultivation technology of functional agriculture;(v)integrated technology of planting and breeding in functional agriculture;(vi)functional food processing technology to improve the flavor and stability of food components;and(vii)nutritional health evaluation of functional agricultural products.Currently,China’s functional agriculture has achieved a breakthrough from“0”to“1.”However,various issues persist that need to be addressed in the discipline and technological innovation systems of functional agriculture.The phenomenon of a“broken chain”of scientific and technological innovation is relatively common;there is a lack of national science and technology platforms,and the research system needs to be developed and improved urgently.Additionally,research and formulation are yet to be completely industrialized.Therefore,it is suggested to strengthen scientific and technological innovation and development of functional agriculture by building a national platform,arranging major projects,constructing a standard system,creating industrial demonstrations,and training scientific and technological talents.
