摘要
以内蒙古农业大学职业技术学院为例,在学院发展现状的基础上,详细论述了学院专业学位研究生培养的探索历程和培养模式,并深入剖析了高职院校开展专业学位研究生培养的优势和培养过程中存在的问题。最后,进一步深入阐述了高职院校开展专业学位硕士点建设和高技能人才培养发展的具体思路和举措。通过研究,可为我国高职院校探索开展专业学位硕士点建设及高技能人才培养提供一定的借鉴和参考。随着我国职业本科院校的发展壮大,高职院校争取并开展专业学位研究生学科点的建设将成为今后职业教育往高、往强发展的趋势。
Vocational Technical College of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University was used as an example in the paper.On the basis of a brief introduction to the development status of the college,the practice and exploration of the cultivation of professional degree postgraduates in the college in recent years were discussed in detail in the article.The advantages and development problems of professional degree graduate students had also been deeply analyzed for the college in the article.Finally,the specific ideas and measures for the construction of professional degree postgraduates and the development of high-skill talent training in the future were further elaborated in the article.Through the practical exploration of this paper,it could be used as a reference for China’s higher vocational colleges to explore the construction of professional degree postgraduates and high-skill talent training.With the development and expansion of vocational undergraduate colleges in China,carrying out the construction of professional degree graduate subjects will become the trend of vocational education to develop and strengthen vocational education in the future.
