摘要
骨髓炎是一种严重的感染性骨髓疾病,通常需综合治疗以减轻症状、控制感染并促进骨组织和骨骼结构的愈合。本文综述了骨髓炎的病因学、临床表现、诊断方法和传统治疗,并探讨了近年来抗生素疗法、手术治疗、生物材料应用、干细胞治疗等的进展情况。这些新进展为骨髓炎患者提供了更多的治疗选择,但也强调进一步研究的必要性,以改善治疗效果并减少患者痛苦和并发症发生。
Osteomyelitis is a serious infectious bone marrow disease that often requires combined treatment to reduce symptoms,control infection,and promote healing.This review will introduce the etiology,clinical manifestations,diagnostic methods and traditional treatment of osteomyelitis,and discuss in detail the recent progress in the treatment of osteomyelitis,including antibiotic therapy,surgical therapy,biomaterials,stem cell therapy and so on.These new developments provide more treatment options for patients with osteomyelitis,but also remind us that further research is needed to improve treatment outcomes and reduce patient suffering and complications.
