摘要
目前,井下现有的井下矿用机车送电装置均是简易的机械结构性产品,不具备远程控制、显示、闭锁等诸多实用性功能。为提升该类相关产品的使用性能,设计了一种多功能矿用电力机车送电装置用控制箱,为电机机车配套使用。本设计产品将远程控制、显示、警告、闭锁、信号采集等多种功能集于一身,增强了井下矿用机车的智能性和控制多样性,并提升了井下矿用机车送电装置的使用安全性。
At present,the existing underground mine locomotive power transmission devices are simple mechanical structural products,which do not have many practical functions such as remote control,display,locking and so on.In order to improve the performance of this kind of related products,a control box for the power transmission device of multi-functional mining electric locomotive is designed to be used for the electric locomotive.This design product integrates remote control,display,warning,locking,signal acquisition and other functions,enhances the intelligence and control diversity of underground mining locomotive,and improves the use safety of underground mining locomotive power transmission device.
