摘要
通过露天煤矿开采环境及运营管理体系进行了现场的考察和调研,发现目前的自动化开采系统、环境和安全监控系统还是相对不完善,需要巡检人员轮班轮番监测,检查效果不好、效率不高。首先采用边缘监测结构提高运营管理的实时性,同时基于对应边缘监测数据进行AI算法控制结构的分析。其中重点分析了如何利用Halcon对监测对象的图片进行提取以及所提取的特征数据如何封装为接口数据库的方法,接下来尝试采用C#对接所封装的接口数据,并将特征数据信息传输给现场已有的PLC自动化控制系统策略与手段。
An on-site inspection and the mining environment and operation management system of open-pit coal mines are conducted and researched,and it was found that the current automated mining system,environmental and safety monitoring system are still relatively incomplete,and the need for inspection personnel to take turns to monitor and inspect the results is not good,and the efficiency is not high.Firstly,the edge monitoring structure is adopted to improve the real-time performance of operation management,and at the same time,the AI algorithm control structure is analyzed based on the corresponding edge monitoring data.Amongthem,the focus is on analyzing how to use Halcon to extract images of monitoring objects and how to encapsulate the extracted feature data into an interface database.Next,C#is used to attempt to connect the encapsulated interface data and transmit the feature data information to strategies and means on site from the existing PLC automation control system.
