摘要
根据装煤原理,指出薄煤层用螺旋滚筒在传统设计中可能存在的装载问题。提出犁煤板的结构设计,使截割叶片、装载叶片和犁煤板倾斜组焊为半封闭结构,从而有效抑制煤从滚筒的切线方向抛出,实现装载率的提高。
According to the coal loading principle,the possible loading problems in the traditional design of spiral drums for thin coal seams are pointed out.The structural design of plough board is proposed,so that the cutting blade,loading blade and plough board are obliquely welded into a semienclosed structure,thereby effectively inhibiting coal from being thrown out from the tangential direction of the drum and improving the loading rate.
