摘要
济宁三号煤矿183下05综放工作面部分位于上分层遗留煤柱下方,同层局部留有区段宽煤柱,造成工作面局部应力集中程度高,巷道变形严重,底鼓量大,冲击风险极高。采用三维数值模拟,分析了遗留煤柱区域的应力集中程度,针对上覆遗留煤柱及同层煤柱分别采取了顶板深孔爆破卸压措施及大直径钻孔卸压措施,并结合多种监测手段,综合判定冲击危险性,采取相应治理措施,确保了工作面安全回采,取得了良好的应用效果。
Part of the 183lower 05 fully mechanized working face of Jining No.3 coal mine is located below the remaining coal pillar of the upper stratum,and some parts of the same stratum have residual wide coal pillars,which cause high local stress concentration in the working face,serious deformation of the roadway,large floor heave,and extremely high impact risk.Using three-dimensional numerical simulation,the stress concentration degree of the residual coal pillar area was analyzed.Deep-hole blasting pressure relief measures for the roof and large-diameter drilling pressure relief measures were taken for the overlying residual coal pillar and the same stratum coal pillar respectively.Combined with various monitoring methods,the impact risk was comprehensively determined,and corresponding treatment measures were taken to ensure the safe mining of the working face and achieve good application results.
