语文教师如何弘扬教育家精神

摘要 在当前教育界,弘扬教育家精神已经成为广大教师专业发展的必经之路,也成为国家意志和政治任务。本文针对语文教师如何弘扬教育家精神进行了探索,提出了以时不我待、强国有我的政治站位,认识教育家的精神内涵和具体要求;以理想信念、弘道追求引领语文教育理念;以躬耕态度、育人智慧提高语文知能;以道德情操、仁爱之心涵养专业精神;以构建新型师生关系、求是创新、赏识评价构建语文课堂教学的五条路径。 In the current education field,promoting the spirit of educators has become a necessary path for the professional development of teachers,as well as a national will and political task.This article explores how Chinese language teachers can promote the spirit of educators,proposing a political stance of'time waits for no one'and'a strong country has its own',and understanding the spiritual connotation and specific requirements of educators;Leading the concept of Chinese language education with ideal beliefs and the pursuit of promoting morality;Improve Chinese language knowledge and skills with a diligent attitude and educational wisdom;Cultivate professional spirit with moral character and benevolence;Five paths for building a new type of teacher-student relationship,seeking truth and innovation,and appreciating and evaluating Chinese language classroom teaching.
