水库作为重要的水利基础设施,在治水、灌溉、供水等方面发挥着不可替代的作用。但随着运行时间的增加,部分水库出现不同程度的隐患问题,严重威胁水库安全运行和下游群众生命财产安全。因此,加强水库除险加固尤为重要。加固后的安全监测和运行维护管理是确保大坝长期安全稳定运行的关键。本文将探讨加固后大坝的安全监控和运行维护管理模式,首先总结了大坝强化的必要性和主要对策,并指出了安全监控的重要性。安全监测系统包括监控大坝稳定性,渗透,沉降变形和水库水位等内容。在运行维护管理方面,提出了日常检查、设备维护管理、安全监控数据分析、应急预案制定与培训等主要内容,介绍了信息管理、智能监控等技术手段的应用。通过案例分析,证实了大坝加固后安全监测和运行维护管理的实用效果。
As an important water conservancy infrastructure,reservoirs play an irreplaceable role in water control,irrigation,water supply,and other aspects.But with the increase of operating time,some reservoirs have encountered varying degrees of hidden dangers,seriously threatening the safe operation of the reservoirs and the safety of downstream residents'lives and property.Therefore,strengthening the risk elimination and reinforcement of reservoirs is particularly important.The safety monitoring and operation maintenance management after reinforcement are key to ensuring the long-term safe and stable operation of the dam.This article will explore the safety monitoring and operation maintenance management mode of reinforced dams.Firstly,it summarizes the necessity and main countermeasures of dam reinforcement,and points out the importance of safety monitoring.The safety monitoring system includes monitoring of dam stability,infiltration,settlement deformation,and reservoir water level.In terms of operation and maintenance management,the main contents of daily inspection,equipment maintenance management,safety monitoring data analysis,emergency plan formulation and training were proposed,and the application of technical means such as information management and intelligent monitoring was introduced.Through case analysis,the practical effect of safety monitoring and operation maintenance management after dam reinforcement has been confirmed.
