摘要
本文介绍了一个文物出境管理信息系统,该系统是一个文物出境管理的计算机应用系统。本系统采用了图象信息存储方法,通过图象扫描输入仪,能将文物验关出境人员的护照图象资料输入电脑,使系统具有图象和文字的存储管理能力,同时,还使用了模糊检索方法,能够把验关工作人员对申报人某些特征的模糊描述输入电脑进行检索和查找.本系统设计了自动删除陈旧记录的功能,从而有效地压缩系统的存储空间,提高了系统的运行速度.为了今后将全国各个文物验关单位联接成一个计算机远程网络,互相之间及时进行信息交流,本系统预留了软硬件扩充接口.
This paper introduces a management information system for cultural relics exit(CREMIS).The system(CREMIS)is an application system on micro-computer for management of cultural relics exit.We use the stored method of image information.Using the scanning device of image input,the passport image records of cultural relics customs examination exit personnel could been inputted micro-computer.The system(CREMIS)has store management abilities of images and characters.At the same time,we use the searching method of fuzziness.The some characteristics of declared personnel were fuzzily described by working personnel of customs examination.They were inputted micro-computer to search and look for.The system(CREMIS)was designed with a function of automatic deleting obsolete recordances.The stored space of system was compressed effectively and the moved speed of system was heightenned.The system(CREMIS)has preliminarily reserved expanded interfaces of software and hardware in order for joining every cultural relics custom extaminations of the whole nation to form a long-distance network of micro-computer and to exchang immediately the informations each other.
