摘要
目的:评估鲁拉西酮在精神分裂症患者临床治疗过程中的运用效果。方法:本次试验主要从我院精神科在2023年7月~2024年6月接收的精神分裂症患者中抽取66例作为评估对象,并采取数字表格法将其分成对照组和试验组,每组患者数量为33例,其中对照组患者予以布南色林药物干预治疗,试验组基于对照组予以鲁拉西酮药物干预治疗,评估分析两组患者治疗前后认知功能变化情况、阴性与阳性症状评分指标、不良症状发生率以及临床治疗效果。结果:经调查数据评估结果显示,治疗前两组患者认知功能、阴性与阳性症状比较数据无区别,P>0.05,两组数据比较差异无统计学意义;经不同药物干预后,试验组患者认知功能明显改善,阴性与阳性症状评分与对照组相比较低,且眩晕、嗜睡、便秘、视物模糊以及肝肾功能异常等不良症状发生几率低于对照组,临床疗效与对照组比较更加明显,P<0.05,二者对比差异满足统计学意义。结论:在精神分裂症患者临床治疗过程中,鲁拉西酮的合理运用对于改善患者病情效果显著,该药物不仅能够增强患者认知能力,还能改善患者阴性与阳性症状,降低用药后各种不良反应发生几率,在保证患者身体健康的基础上,促使患者精神状态逐渐恢复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of ruracidone in the clinical treatment of patients with schizophrenia.Methods:In this study,66 patients with schizophrenia were selected from the psychiatric department of our hospital from July to June of 20232024,and they were divided into the control group and the experimental group by using the digital table method.The number of patients in each group was 33.The control group was given bunanserin drug intervention treatment,and the experimental group was given ruracidone drug intervention treatment based on the control group.The changes of cognitive function,negative and positive symptom scores,incidence of adverse symptoms and clinical treatment effect of the two groups were evaluated and analyzed before and after treatment.Results:the survey data evaluation results showed that there was no difference in cognitive function,negative and positive symptoms between the two groups before treatment,P>0.05,and there was no significant difference between the two groups;After the intervention of different drugs,the cognitive function of the patients in the test group was significantly improved,and the scores of negative and positive symptoms in the test group were lower than those in the control group,the incidence of dizziness,lethargy,constipation,blurred vision and abnormal liver and kidney function in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,the comparison between the two satisfies the statistical significance,P<0.05.Conclusion:in the clinical treatment of patients with schizophrenia,the rational use of ruracidone has a significant effect on improving the patient's condition.The drug can not only enhance the cognitive ability of patients,but also improve the negative and positive symptoms of patients,reduce the incidence of various adverse reactions after medication,and promote the gradual recovery of the patient's mental state on the basis of ensuring the patient's physical health,which is worthy of clinical application.
