摘要
在推进“双碳”目标和建设新型电力系统背景下,碳排放成本及源荷出力的不确定性将会对园区微电网的容量配置产生重要影响。本文以系统投资、运维及碳排放成本费用最低为目标,考虑园区负荷用电和新能源发电的季节特性,建立考虑源荷不确定性的多阶段园区微电网系统优化配置模型。结果显示,碳排放成本的提高以及新能源投资成本的降低将改变容量配置结构,促进园区微电网的清洁低碳转型。未来,我国应继续完善建设碳市场,探索多元化碳金融产品,为市场参与者形成合理价格预期,提供更多投资机会和风险管理工具。同时,推动新能源技术和供需预测能力发展,助力“双碳”目标实现和新型电力系统建设。
In the context of advancing the“dual carbon”goals and constructing a new power system,the uncertainty of carbon emission costs and source-load output will significantly impact the capacity configuration of microgrids in industrial parks.This paper aims to minimize system investment,operation and maintenance,and carbon emission costs,while considering the seasonal characteristics of industrial park load demand and renewable energy generation.A multi-stage optimization configuration model for microgrid systems that accounts for source-load uncertainties is established.The results indicate that an increase in carbon emission costs and a decrease in renewable energy investment costs will change the capacity configuration structure,promoting the clean and low-carbon transformation of microgrids in industrial parks.In the future,China should continue to improve the construction of the carbon market,explore diversified carbon financial products,and create reasonable price expectations for market participants,thereby providing more investment opportunities and risk management tools.Additionally,it is important to promote the development of renewable energy technologies and supply-demand forecasting capabilities to support the achievement of the“dual carbon”goals and the construction of a new power system.
