摘要
基于创新扩散理论和期望确认理论分析生成式人工智能(AI)对高校教师素质提升的核心影响因素,为优化技术应用和提升教学质量提供参考。通过问卷收集陕西省5所高校193名具有半年以上生成式AI使用经验教师的数据,设计涵盖技术特性、期望确认度、使用体验、满意度及持续使用意图等维度的量表,并进行信效度分析与回归检验。结果表明,相对优势、实际使用体验显著影响教师满意度和持续使用意图,期望对持续使用亦具有正向影响。高校可通过优化生成式AI界面设计与功能定制、满足教师个性化需求、增强互动性和协作性来推动生成式AI对提高高校教师素质的正向影响。
Based on innovation diffusion theory and expectation confirmation theory,the study analyzes the core influencing factors of generative AI on the improvement of university teachers’quality,and provides reference for optimizing technology application and improving teaching quality.The study collects the data of 193 teachers with more than half a year of experience in using generative AI through questionnaires from 5 universities in Shaanxi Province;designs a scale of technical characteristics,expectation validation,use experience,satisfaction and continuous use intention;and conducts reliability and validity analysis and regression test.The results show that relative advantage and actual use experience significantly affect teachers’satisfaction and continuous use intention,and expectation also has positive influence on continuous use.Colleges and universities can optimize the interface design and function customization of generative AI,meet the individual needs of teachers,and enhance interaction and collaboration,so as to promote positive influence of generative AI on the improvement of the quality of college teachers.
