本文探讨了如何做好国有企业的意识形态工作,分析了新形势下意识形态领域的问题特性,以及形成原因、思维和行为模式等方面。论述了国有企业在党建引领下,守好思想阵地、强化责任意识,带领职工凝心聚力,助力企业高质量发展,推动了企业意识形态工作的路径、策略和管控方式方法的创新。
This article explores how to do a good job in ideological work in state-owned enterprises,analyzes the characteristics of ideological issues in the new situation,as well as the reasons for their formation,thinking and behavioral patterns.This article discusses how state-owned enterprises,under the guidance of party building,should guard their ideological positions,strengthen their sense of responsibility,lead their employees to unite,and assist in the high-quality development of the enterprise.It also analyzes the thinking on the path,strategy,and control methods of ideological work in enterprises.
