摘要
邓小平基于马克思主义生态观和中华优秀传统文化,结合新中国成立以来的历史经验,提出加强环境保护的理念和实施策略,强调坚持人与自然和谐相处、坚持制度化和法治化、坚持科技创新。邓小平关于环境保护的实践对我国改革开放以来的生态环境保护工作具有重要指导意义,具有继承性与创新性相统一、理论性与实践性相统一、人民性与时代性相统一的价值意蕴。
Based on the Marxist view of ecology and the fine traditional Chinese culture,combining the historical experience since the founding of the People's Republic of China,Deng Xiaoping proposes the concept and implementation strategies of strengthening environmental protection.He emphasizes adhering to harmonious coexistence between humans and nature,and persisting in institutionalization,legalization and technological innovation.Deng Xiaoping's reflections on environmental protection have showed significant guiding significance for China's ecological and environmental protection work since the Reform and Opening-up,embodying a unity of inheritance and innovation,theory and practice,people-oriented nature and contemporaneity.
