摘要
随着数字技术的迅速发展,高等继续教育在服务乡村振兴方面面临新的机遇与挑战。该研究采用文献分析法和案例研究法,探讨数字化转型对高等继续教育服务乡村振兴的影响。研究发现,数字化转型能够提升教育资源可及性,优化人才培养模式,促进产学研合作,助力乡村产业升级。高等继续教育机构应积极拥抱数字化转型,创新教育模式,培养数字化人才,为乡村振兴提供智力支持和人才保障。
With the rapid development of digital technology,higher continuing education is facing new opportunities and challenges in serving rural revitalization.This study used literature analysis and case study methods to explore the impact of digital transformation on higher continuing education services for rural revitalization.The study found that digital transformation can improve the accessibility of educational resources,optimize the talent training mode,promote industry-university-research cooperation,and help upgrade rural industries.The conclusion shows that higher continuing education institutions should actively embrace digital transformation,innovate education mode,cultivate digital talents,and provide intellectual support and talent guarantee for rural revitalization.
