摘要
在建设教育强国的政策牵引下,我国高校创建世界一流学科的行动逐渐替代入选身份受到更多关注,如何建成世界一流以及选择何种路径必须被理性审视。借助于政策注意力视角,分析并讨论了75份“双一流”建设大学方案蕴含的行动框架及其特征,从管理、服务和价值等三重逻辑提出高校创建行动应调试的方向。
Under the policy powerful country in education,the actions of Chinese universities to create world-class disciplines have gradually replaced the selection identity and received more attention.How to build world-class universities and which paths to choose must be rationally examined.The research,with a policy attention perspective,analyzes and discusses the action frameworks and characteristics contained in 75“Double First-Class”construction university plans,and proposes the directions for university creation actions from the triple logic of management,service,and value.
