摘要
乡村振兴战略的深入实施,我国农业正经历从传统向现代转型,需要大量懂技术擅经营的复合型人才。高职涉农大学生作为新时代的人才资源,面临广阔的就业空间和更多的就业机会的同时,也面临许多新的挑战。本文以推拉理论和生涯建构理论为基础,对高职涉农大学生就业现状及就业行为进行分析,总结分析乡村振兴背景下高职涉农大学生面临的机遇和挑战,并提出相应解决对策。
With the in-depth implementation of the rural evitalization strategy,agriculture in China is undergoing a transformation from tradition to modernity,which needs a large number of compound talents who understand technology and are good at business operations.As a talent resource in the new era,higher vocational college students majoring in agriculture-related fields are faced with broad employment space and more job opportunities,but also with many new challenges.Based on the push-pul theory and career construction theory,this paper analyzes the employment status and behaviors of higher vocational college students majoring in agriculture-related fields,summarizes and analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by agriculture-related higher vocational college students under the background of rural revitalization,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
